I've heard great things about the COTZ Flawless Complexion SPF 50 – tinted. Or maybe you should try the new Obagi mineral sunscreen: SUZANOBAGIMDTM Tinted Physical Defense SPF 50 or any of their other mineral sunscreens? :) And all of them have better UVA protection (PA++++) than Colorescience to boot! :D

Either one of these is probaly your best bet.

Other liquid tinted mineral sunscreens with silicones, I can think of: HELIOCARE 360° mineral tolerance fluid SPF 50, NEOSTRATA sheer physical protection SPF 50 and Exuviance skin caring BB fluid SPF 50.
